What do I need?
You will need an HDTV set top box provided by us as well as a TV capable of receiving and displaying a High Definition picture.My television is able to receive HD signals, do I need a set top box?
Yes. The HD receiver provided by us will guarantee that your HD television is able to display all of the HD channels offered by our services. While your television may have an HD tuner built in, it would only be able to receive signals from the local broadcasters, usually over an antenna.Do I need an HDTV to watch HD programming, even with your set top box?
Yes. A standard definition television will not be able to display the HD picture.Am I able to use your DVR service to record HD programming?
Yes, both of our DVR set top boxes are able to record the HD programming. More information about DVR Service is available here.What does the HDTV service cost?
If you are already subscribing to a Digital Cable package, the cost of HD service is $12/month. If you currently only subscribe to our Basic 2 service, the HD service charge is $20/month.There is a $20 installation fee for the HD Receiver. High definition cables (Component, HDMI, or DVI-D) are required for the connection from the receiver to the television.
